Dungeonborne Pyromancer Best Build, Stats and Guide

Dungeonborne Pyromancer Best Build, Stats and Guide

In Dungeonborne, Pyromancer is a Human Range Class. What makes Pyromancer great is his ability to deal a lot of damage from one single attack. The problem with Pyromancer is that he is extremely hard to play in solo duo hit mana and survivability limitations. So we recommend that you use Pyromancer in duos, especially trios, where you can hit multiple targets with a fireball. Overall, Pyromancer is a great class, but you have to practice your attacks and positioning. If an enemy catches you, you will probably die.

Pyromancer Skills

When it comes to Pyromancer’s skills in Dungeonborne, there are only 2 available: Pyroblast and Fire Blast.

Pyroblast is your main attacking skill. If you charge Pyroblast, you will get a big fireball that deals insane AOE damage. If you do not charge, then you will send 3 small fireballs to the enemy target. If you want to win fights, you have to hit the enemy with a big Pyroblast. If you miss, you will have a hard time. So if you hear enemy players charge Pyroblast before you negate the fight, always keep a distance so you can charge another one.

Fire Blast is the only survivability skill that Pyromancer has. When activated, it will push all enemies that are around you. You must use this skill extremely carefully. More advanced players will try to bait this skill, because once you use it, they will be able to catch and kill you.

Pyroblast Pyroblast: Fireball can be charged up to 2 stages. Stage 1: Fire 3 tracking fireballs at the target, each dealing Fire damage; Stage 2: Fire a large fireball that spreads at the point of impact, dealing 182.82(240.00%) Fire damage. Upon completing Stage 2’s charge, gain the ability to levitate by pressing the spacebar while airborne. (Requires a Staff/Orb)

Fire Blast Fire Blast: Shoot out a ring-shaped fire shockwave, knocking back surrounding enemies and dealing 48.82(100) Fire damage, while also causing a 1 second 85% slow effect. Using this ability will not interrupt actions currently being performed.

Pyromancer Stats and Passive Skills

When it comes to passive skills and stats for Pyromancer build, your main focus should be:

Dexterity: To unlock Swift Casting, increase dexterity to 30. This is an extremely important skill to have so you can get the next Fire Blast faster. If you manage to hit an enemy with 2 Fire Blast, the fight is almost over for them, but if you miss then there is a high chance that you will lose the fight.

Intelligence: If you get Intelligence on 50, your Fire Blast will apply stacks on enemies that will burn them. This is an extremely important passive skill.

Stamina: On 24 stamina, your Fire Blast will restore health. Crucial in a fight where you want to survive.

Will: On Will 42 killing enemies will reset your skills. This can only be useful in Duos and Trios but is still not that important a passive skill. It is better that you get max Dexterity, Stamina, and max Intelligence. Strength and Faith do not provide any value for Pyromancer, so skip them.

Iris of Fire Iris of Fire: When using [Pyro blast], the targeted fire source is transformed into [Iris of Fire] that protects by automatically attacking nearby enemies and applying 3 stacks of [Ignite].
Activation Condition: Intelligence: 87

Activation Condition: Will: 42

Pyromancer Weapons and Equipment

Pyromancer can use a lot of different weapons in Dungeonborne: One-Handed Swords, Daggers, Staffs, and Orbs. What you will choose depends on your playstyle and stats.

  • Staff + One-Handed Sword and Orbe

One-Handed Sword + Orbe is a must for Pyromancer. Without it, you will not have any defense abilities that will allow you to block enemy attacks or attack them in melee range. You are losing so much value if you do not use them.

Staff is also a must for Pyromancer. What staff you will use depends on your playstyle, but we strongly recommend that you use fire staff. It will allow you to hit enemies from a distance, and you will be able to clear monsters easily.

Equipment and Equipment Stats

For Pyromancer Equipment and Heirlooms, create a combination of Intelligence, Stamina, and Dexterity so you can get the 3 most important skills. Additionally, you should aim for stats that can enhance your damage and increase your crit rate or get mana on hit so you can spam your Q ability. You will always struggle with mana on Pyromancer so having mana on hit is extremely important.

Pyromancer Stats

Strength: 6
Dexterity: 6
Stamina: 6

Intelligence: 29
Will: 16
Faith: 8
